First Location:
Most groups and all 1:1 services 
Located within Frequency Wellness Space 34 Elton Street suite 103 (click for map).
Parking: North of the building or across Elton Street from the building, please do NOT park in front of Fiamma, they tow.
Entering building: If you need elevator assistance please let me know before your appointment. Enter in the door on the South side of the building (glass door with a "Frequency" sticker), climb up the 9 steps, and the second door on the right will be the entrance to Frequency. 

Second Location:
Thursday evening classes and Friday Happy Hours.
Located within Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates 18 Harvard St (click for map).
Parking: some on site, some on street, 1 accessible spot. For street parking please note
parking rule times on street signs.
Entering building: for classes, enter in the door on the right.
